R2I to Banglore By Dec 2012

Post by spalle »

My husband had taken up a new opportunity and we are moving to Bangalore by end of 2012. I have a 4year old and one year old. I am originally from Hyderabad and do not know much about Bangalore. My husband's job is in Malleshwaram and we would like to live near by. Can anyone suggest some good neighborhoods/communities with good schools near Malleshwaram.

I have done some research and found that Brigade gateway is very near by, but the building occupancy rate is very low and I will not be comfortable.

Please suggest some good neighborhoods and apartment complexes.

Thank You
My Roots

Don't know what do you mean by this. Brigade Gateway is a good option to live if you are ready to spend good amount on rent.

Like My Roots said, Brigade Gateway is a very good place but high rent. They have a school inside as well. You can also try Mantri Greens. There are some good schools in Rajaji Nagar area. Malleshwaram is a typical old style bangalore area unless you are inside these high end apartments.

Malleswaram has tons of small apartment complexes( ones with 20-40 units).. and big ones are Brigade Gateway, Mantri Greens. You can also explore RT Nagar, Sadashiv Nagar, Dollar's colony ( near MS Ramaih Hospital). Better to decide on school and then search for house. Malleswaram has very good schools/colleges with lots of history.
