Visiting HYD in June for looking at housing and schools

We are visiting Hyderabad in June to look at housing and schools. Our plan is to just call/email the schools and set up appointments.

What is the best way to see rental apartments?

Are there any real estate agents that any of you can recommend? We are a bit wary of choosing someone off the internet.

Also, are their full service relocation agencies in Hyderabad (that don't cost an arm and a leg - given we will have to pay them from our own pocket)?

I would suggest you look at the following:

1. Trendset Winz ( Premium), in the heart of Financial District...Lot of US, UK returned families. rents range from 40000-60000.
2. Jayabheri Orange County , also in the heart of financial district...Lot of US returned families.
3. Ramky Towers

1. Sancta Maria International School
2. Future Kids
3. Glendale
4. Oakridge

Are all the schools close to the condos you recommended? Our daughter is still quite young (3 years old) so we don't want her to have a long commute to school.

Also, what is the best way to look at condos? Through websites like magicbricks and 99acres or through real estate agents?

Yes, Buses are available. My kid goes to one of those schools and we love it and we stay in one of the apartments mentioned above. PM for more details. Some schools mentioned above are within 3-5 kms. 5 minute drive. Good thing is you will be close to where your job will be. Microsoft, wipro, tcs, infosys,polaris, banks are within walking distance.
