Add biggest achievement also to get some balance on feelings and not feel low.

My big regret - not making use of opportunities like going to USA

My biggest achievement - joining engineering and not disappointing myself and family who believed i could do it by passing with good marks and rank in 12th. I chose the right line of study that i do not regret even today.

Looks like 'birth' is the biggest regret on most of our lives.
markbar, I didn't add achievement since I find regrets of others can be used as a positive/learning aspect to correct in one's current life, if applicable.

One of my regrets is that I should have gotten married sooner and should have had kids sooner.

In India, you have to work for social reasons, not just financial ones. You might have solved the financial conundrum, but would you have been able to solve the social one?

It's a very simple problem to solve. Lie that you are working mostly from home.
