Saw toxic Ganesh idols and other stuff in plastic bags in a local lake.

I think in most places it is illegal to dump stuff in the local pond. I saw it in Austin, near Riata apartments.

these people dont even realize that they are ruining the reputation of Indians and Indian gods by doing these ignorant rituals.

Hinduism needs some big reforms to be relevant to the modern times. These kind of silly rituals should be banished for good.
Apparently this practice of Ganpati visarjan was started by Lokmanya Tilak.

In my neighborhood, someone/group started fireworks @ 9.30 pm...I hate those and it went on for 30 minutes atleast, causing great disturbance to neighborhood...Dogs started barking as they were afraid etc..

I was very upset. What a shame !!

They have destroyed India and now trying their best to destroy the country that give them better life. Lets quickly blame on politicians and reservation quota to hide our evil deeds.

Where I live there are many Indians, close to 75% I guess. You can see sari, dhoti hanging outside, shoes/chappals outside the home, curry smell when you go for a walk, people talking on phone while standing in the balcony and more. When mass violation takes place authorities give up. These dirty Indians. Good that Trump is banning H1B!

None of the above seems to be a crime other than being eyesore.

What about Ganesh idols and throwing toxic garbage in the water? This practice comes from specific people , who are the pillars of Hinduism and benefit from the religion.
Idol worship itself is one of the lowest and worst form of religious practice which exhibits the underdeveloped human mind.
