Fortissimo Film Sales has extended its relationship with Killer Films by picking up sales rights to musical comedy Camp.Camp follows t stanley cup he trials and tribulations of a group of young performers practising for their public debut under the summer camp tutelage of a burnt-out Broadway songwriter. Currently in post-production it is the directorial debut of Todd Graff.The cast is headed by Don Dixon and Anna Kendrick. Music director is Tim Weill, while Jerry Mitchell, who has Broadway credits including Hairspray and The Rocky Horror Show. The acquisition of Camp represents a landmark deal for Fortissimo, said Fortissimo co-chairman Wouter Barendrecht.The film is produced by Kill stanley cup er, Jersey Films and IFC Films. Producer credits go to Killer Film stanley cup s Christine Vachon, Pamela Koffler and Katie Roumel, Jersey s Danny De Vito, Stacey Sher and Michael Shamberg and director Graff.Fortissimo co-chiefs Barendrecht and Michael J Werner join IFC s Jonathan Sehring, Caroline Kaplan and Holly Becker, Jersey s Richard Klubeck and Killer s John Wells as executive producers.The deal was brokered by John Sloss Cinetic Media.
