Hi Gurus,

Need some help on NRA taxes. Based on the information I read through in the NRA tax thread, I understand that

1. Portfolio interests are non taxable
2. Capital gains from MFs/stocks are non taxable
3. Dividends are taxable

Can some one help me with the IRS article supporting point #2 above ?
