R2I Bengaluru Meeting on July 25, 2010

I was wondering if a meeting can be scheduled during the next few weeks. People, like me, who have r2ied in the last few months will certainly benefit from this meeting. Pdev11, plase suggest a convenient time and place. Thanks!

It might sound too far, but how about meeting in October? It will give more members like me (and others who are going to move by then) the chance to join as well :-)

How about keeping the meeting every 3rd or 4th Sunday of every month at a designated place? Once people meet we can get all contact details and co-ordinate better, I am not sure after R2I how many of us visit this forum! I am R2Iing end of this month and I would love to meet fellow R2I members in Bangalore.

I think that's a great idea...to have the meeting every month..

How about last Sunday of each month at 4pm? based on this, the schedule for next few months is like this:

July 25
August 29
September 26
October 21
November 28

We just need someone (present locally) to suggest a place to meet...guys, any ideas?

Sounds great. I rtied last month. Will be great to meet fellow rtiers. The previous location for the meet will work great.

IMHO, having a meeting every month is not practical and might not work out. We have tried to meet once every year but only about 12 or so show up. Besides, BLR has the most no of r2i'ers than any other city.

That coffee day was too noisy. I will try and find an alternative close by. But any suggestions are welcome.

As per frequency goes I think once in a quarter is more practical.

i agree that quarterly meeting seems to be reasonable. We can decide based on the response for our July meeting.
