Best Internet Service Provider in the SFO Bay Area

Please advice the best (quality, reliability, speed) and most economical wireless high speed broad band provider in Foster City/ San Mateo/Peninsula/SFO bay area.

Looks like Time Warner (that I am using currently using) is not available in SFO peninsula/bay area

As per initial research comcast seem to be better from performance+cost perspective compared to AT&T

What is the price you guys pay?

I pay AT&T $30. They started at $15 and sneaked in increases gradually.

Comcast. $49 per month (including $5 monthly modem rental cost). No major issues. 99% reliable. Fast customer service. Economical isn't my concern as my employer pays for it.
Speed is also pretty good. No problem watching Netflix streaming.

Comcast - $72. Which includes $40 for internet (and modem); $32 for 1 Indian channel, Standard cable, TV on-demand box and a small cable box for the second TV.
