How to send a self-addressed stamped envelope from USA to India?

Folks,

Any idea how we can send a self-addressed stamped envelope to someone in India so that he/she can enclose a letter in it and mail it back to the US? Any place in the US that sells Indian postage stamps? I'm aware of international reply coupons, but that won't work in my case.

If you have the time, get some one in India to send you the stamps or better still send the letter to them along with instructions to mail the letter in India attaching a self addressed envelop with a request to add stamps the the attached envelop.

Other option is just use pre-paid Fedex/DHL Shipping label where you already paid for that here.

There is something like IBRS (Intl Buissiness Relply Service), check if that is possible with USPS
