return to india for middle aged

I am 47 years old planning to return India to take care my parents who are in late seventies.

I am a Banker till 97 in HYD and came to US in 98 utilizing the Y2K boom.

I am USC/OCI, single income and need salary as i do not have any substantial savings. Only kid is in the college.

What are the possibilities of me securing a JOB in India? 47 years old with Oracle Financials functional experience of 14 years.

Frankly, I am applying from US and so far the response is close to none.

There is no choice I have to go India as my parents are almost bedridden.

anyone please share your experiences if you have returned after the age 45, for a Job.

Go visit india first and hunt for a job there, once you have secured a job bring rest of family to india.
