Hi,
Does anybody know whta's the overstay penalty for more than 2 years on entry visa
and how to apply for extension for 'X' visa?
Whether to apply in Delhi in person?.
It's urgent .

I don't know about the penalty but for sure you need to go to Jaisalmer House Delhi to get the extension (if one will be granted). With a 2 year overstay be prepared for some very tough questions (if not other legal proceedings). I suggest you contact a lawyer first before going to Delhi.
