Need suggestions/help for doing some part time business/job

Guys I am from Mumbai and working in a call centre. To cut a long storyshort, 8 yrs in a call centre without a single penny as increment but still working because back office processes are not 2 many in most of the call centers in Mumbai and the web people do not leave the company early.

So after all these years I want to start something of my own. Daily when I read about the stuff of china are so cheap I think that I should start something of my own. I don?t have enough money but I can shell out 15-20k of my own to start something good. I don?t know if that is enough or not but since I am a newbie in this forum so want to ask to some experts what I should start with and need an answer to these questions:

1. What stuff should I take from China so that I can sell that in Mumbai and start a small time business?

2. The money which I have saved will be enough or do I need more? If more than how much which should include the shipping and everything?

3. Do I need to obtain any kind of license if I buy stuff from China and sell it over here?
I don?t have a shop or an office of my own but still want to do something inmy life so that I could at least make my family proud. Working in a call centre has given me nothing rather than giving 2 times food and house bill payment.

Not more than that. But now I really think I want to do something. So everyone who is an expert in business and if you need a helping hand then I can help you out in return of good handsome amount as my part-time job.

You may be thinking I am insane asking about china stuff but I just want to do something part-time and earn some money because salary is not being enough to fulfill the basic household needs. I have done all kind of part-time jobs like financial loans, credit card selling, house to house selling, working in hotel part time, going to weddings working as steward, security job, recovery agent all that and left it out but nothing helped. I need some stable part time good income now as its very hard to cope up in today?s time.
