property registration

ok..a Person C has a floor in Delhi...the following is the background.
usually in delhi..thr used to be 3 floors (ground floor,first floor and second floor)

so the ground floor is registered by a person A
first floor is registered by a person B
and Second floor(with roof) is registered to c.

Now my query is--
we are 3 people have 2 option--

1) Either to reconstruct the entire house with parking,1st floor 2nd floor 3rd floor and 4th floor

now does the registration of such reconstructed house work according to the previous registration? that is 1st floor is to A,2nd floor to B and 3&4 to me(fact that roof is registered to C).does the 4th floor legally will belong to C?
or does this process after reconstruction requires new registration?
