Are there more ppl who are having difficulties about R2i plans after watching this show or Iam the only one who gets influenced by the media? Share your thought !!!

I have not see the show so not sure how it affects people.

But all I can say R2I is a big decision and should be analyzed logically and should not be influenced by sensational show in media.

OP
The issues raised in show are real and widespread and known to most people already (except for the extent of each issue). Though they are serious issues, for me they are not deal breaker. Does not mean they should not be deal breaker for everybody. See what your priorities are and don't let anyone trivialize what is important to you.

Honest, how so? Calling is sensational or boring is not a problem. Calling it so without seeing it is. I don't know what criteria is applied to term it honest.

Those who have felt sensations in the dark, know what it is to feel, and call it a sensation or sensational, without seeing it.
Some lie; some don't talk about it. Others are honest and spill.

SJ show affecting R2I plans may be a stretch. IMO, SJ-show is like the US State Dept. travel warning. Those who can speak the local language can go there, wherever the "there" that http://www.state.gov/travel/ is warning us about, and feel at ease.

I don't quite understand your question. Are you asking that after seeing all the problems being discussed in the show, do you still want to R2I? Or are you asking that whether we should R2I and volunteer in some social organization so that we can bring a change? In short, are you trying to steer away from the problems or do you want to bring some change in the world?

Didn't we know these problems existed before Aamir's show?. To give an example - We never had/have handicap access facilities in most places.

Anyway, I r2ied before SJ and don't know if I would be the right person to answer this.

Well, the world is full of problems. It will be hard to find a place if you try to run from a problem. Aamir Khan's show is just spreading awareness about the issues that still exist in our Indian culture and society. I feel that R2I has nothing to do with the show. If you R2I, that does not mean you will embrace those problems.
