Even if someone can do it, what happens to benefits such as medical insurance etc.?

Medical Insurance can be bought easily. Start with Obamacare. Should plan for ~20K USD for a family of four (this includes deductibles etc. Read about HSA account)

If we need to setup HSA account, do we need to set up LLC / S corp ?

I know, but Obama is leaving, and lot of politicians are against it.
Who knows it maybe repealed. Then what?

I don't think it will be repealed. It will be in some form or other giving us some way to buy own insurance with existing conditions.

I don't think so. Individuals can open them as well. Check this out
