I have not visited this forum for nearly three years now.
R2Ied in 2008 to Bangalore. Since then it has been only
bad experience here.
I want to reach more NRI or R2I people to share an ongoing
horror story about Bangalore. I have launched an website and
opened an FB page for this. But I am not sure if that is permitted
here to be shared, it will also be direct introduction of myself.
Please advice.

I am all right. But the situation here in Bangalore is not. I am facing lot of criminals here in Bangalore, the police behaves like them only. The law and order has become a joke.
Since it is a long story, I am giving the links here.
My website (just a start, will make it better later)

My FB page www.facebook.com/bangalorenexus
NRIs and R2Is should know the reality in India/Bangalore

Most unfortunate - it's true heaven and hell are both in India. I pray you will overcome this.

But, can I know why 'satya reddy' only targeted 'You'? There should be some reason.
what is his side story?

OP,
If I found the cops colluding with my homeowner and harass me I would feel enraged as well. To me it reads like a blog written in Rage. Before you take to social media and other forums promoting your website, I would suggest that you take some time to collect your thoughts. Tell people about yourself, your background. Then talk about the terms of the rental agreement. Also talk about what the disagreement and the conflict with the owner is. If possible blank out any personal details and upload the paperwork to the website. Then detail things that you have done to resolve the conflict. (legal actions) Also talk about why you decided to create a website, and what you are seeking from the public. If nothing, you may get references to good lawyers who may be able to get you justice.
Without such data, if you throw the city under the bus, it would appear to be clickbait. Resist, stereotyping entire cities, states, and countries. Stop calling yourself an outsider. Assuming you are an Indian Citizen, you have every legal right to live there like anyone.

You might be going through a tough time because of some bad people. But understand that there is good and bad in every place, this is not particular to any city or even any country. When you start generalizing and trashing every one calling yourself an outsider, people start to wonder if you did any thing from your side to try and assimilate. It was your personal decision to move to a particular city and if you think its not working out you have 2 options 1) either do something to try and assimilate more. 2) Pack up and move to where you wont seem like an outsider. I am from Bangalore but I moved to Chennai and had very similar feeling of being an outsider and not being able to adjust (and trust me the assimilation thing is way way harder in Chennai) and here are a few suggestions that might help . (It did not help in our case and we ended up going with option 2 and moving).
Sometimes having a friend who is "local" makes it a lot easier for you to navigate through what seem to be a very different culture from what you are used to.
Learning the local language helps immensly. Even if you can't fully communicate, when people see that you are making an effort, they appreciate it. Learning a new language is any way beneficial ( I did learn Tamil when I was in Chennai).
Complaining will only take you so far, try to actually have a plan and do something to better the situation. Just because you complained on social media, the "locals" will not magically become nice to you.
Try moving to an apartment complex that has more NRIs and "outsiders" . People do get along well there as you have a feeling of community. I own an apartment in Bangalore and the life there is awesome... people from every state together celebrate festivals.. (I came to know certain festivals that I haven't even heard before) from every state. Recently everyone had a big bash celebrating Rajyotsava on Nov 1st.
Good luck and hope your situation gets better, but if not seriously think of alternatives like moving back to your home town or back to US! YOu cannot go about changing every person in the city. Either adapt or find an escape. We couldn't move back to home town and decided to move back to US.

Dude, how do we know the full story? Are you saying, you were an innocent, obedient and good tenant of the landlord and he plundered your house? Why would anyone do that? What does he gain?
So, the landlord wakes up one day and says, "Let me go and cut my tenant's electricity today". Is that how it happened?
I understand landlord plundered your house and did what he should not have done. Now, tell me. What did you do? Anything? Small thing? to incite him? Did he ask you to vacate and you asked more time? Anything of that sort? Did you mess with him in an way? Come on...

Under any circumstances, cutting the electricity of someone's residence without a legal procedure is crime. This is only allowed by the electricity department.
Under any circumstances, breaking into someone's residence is trespassing and is criminal.
Under any circumstances, trespassing into someone's residence and stealing each and everything is serious crime.
Doing any of the above when there is a court injunction existing to not interfere with the tenant and the tenant's residence is contempt of court.
By not taking the complaint by the police when there is a clear case of theft and not filing FIR against the landlord is conspiracy.
There are two cases pending in the court, but this landlord is using hooliganism and all criminal techniques, this is lawlessness.
Hope you understand my clear point.
