Anyone working with All State at Northbrook, IL??

Hi,

My wife had applied for a position at All State in their Northbrook, IL location and she got an email from HR to fill out an online form. The email instructed to send an email (after filling out the form online) but did not have name or email address of the person mentioned. The email basically just says

"Once you are finished, send an email to N/A, our Recruitment Coordinator, at N/A to confirm with us that this has been done."

Could someone working at All State in Northbrook IL lead me to any HR person in that facility. I know my wife has a great chance to get this job. So PLEASE PLEASE help me...

The position ID is 0004LN (CR Business Analyst - DeVry University)
