Started a Company upon R2I? Write your experience..

We are planning to R2I next month. Before I R2I , I am planning to register a LLC company in USA, CA. I was wondering if anybody knows any disadvantage of doing that ? Did anybody register a LLC just before leaving the country ? Are there any pros and cons of taking Indian contracts , with a company registered in USA ? My only aim to register in USA is ease of registering it.

Registering in India is also easy.. its only the "de-register" or closing/winding up thats not easy and takes forever. Most companies will have to register in India to do business here, that cannot be circumvent. Registering in the country of your clientele gives them comfort feeling that they are dealing with local company in local huridiction. But most companies in India have some kind of sister company/registration in US,UK etc, with local US office address ( even if its just virtual office address) and local 1800 number ( even though its just a voice mail). I dont know how accounting/taxes of such as arrangement is handled.
