dear chaklilvr, any updates on the ration card situation?
on my second visit to the food office in vyalikaval i was told that nri's are not supposed to get a ration card at all, till they have resided in the state for 5 years!! i wonder how other r2iers have managed in bangalore till now.
my guess if this is just a ruse from the officer for some greasing of the squeaky wheel:emwink:.
