Nothing special about two jobs as long as you had the H1B approval for both. You have to report all income on your returns.

Will be ok to apply for a secodn H1B, when you have cross 6 years limit and your I- 140 is approved?
Or the second employer also need to get a I-140.

The H1B is not limited to the I-140 petitioning employer. However, note that you must plan on working for the I-140 employer once you file your I-485 and it is approved. Otherwise your GC will be questionable.
