Which movie will win Best picture this year? I liked few of them but barring 'Inception', didn't feel that they are Oscar worthy especially the much hyped 'The King's speech'.
BTW These are the 10 nominations for the best picture.
'Black Swan'
'The Fighter'
'Inception'
'The Kids Are All Right'
'The King's Speech'
'127 Hours'
'The Social Network'
'Toy Story 3'
'True Grit'
'Winter's Bone'

Individual categories I feel Firth and Portman will walk away as winners along with Bale/Melissa Leo but I feel like performances in movies like The fighter (or last year's Sandra Bullock in blind side) are over hyped these days.

When will Leo win an oscar : ) ? I was hoping that he will be nominated for 'Inception' but he was once again snubbed. He might get when he is 60 years old like how the academy gives oscar as consolation prize to some deserving people in the past which is a disguised life achievement award : )

King's speech was good but anything remotely related to England is overhyped (again IMHO) (people tease India for hanging to the colonial past but the hangover is more deep in this side of the Atlantic IMO :) )

Haven't watched most of them - But of those watached, I like Social Network better than Inception. I would be disappointed if 'Inception' wins best picture - It is just different, nothing more in it. The kids are all right is a disgrace to be among the list. Annette Bening did not even deserve to be within sniffing distance of Kodak Theater for that role. I don't think I'll watch Black Swan or King's speech. Shouldn't have watched Annette Bening's movie too. I hope to catch up on The Fighter, 127 Hours, True Grit and Winter's Bone after the Oscars (whenever their DVD's are available on Netflix). Mark Wahlberg is a good actor, I like his movies/roles. Matt Damon and Bridges are too damn good - so True Grit, should be good.:)

I am allowed to have my bias for some male actors : ) Come on, he was good in few in the past (may be not Inception) but somehow he won't get blessed by academy till I become too old to care : )

I vote for Toy Story 3. That's the only movie I watched among the nominated movies :).
