Time share vacations India (Club Mahindra/Country Club)

Hi all,
While contains largely timeshare (TS) info about US timeshares, this is an extremely useful resource on timeshres: TUG2.net.
Do not know how India second sales market for Timeshares but at least in USA, they are going for free on ebay.
When I was reserching for buying a TS in India, it seemed to me that it is similar price range as that of US TS in rupees. Price as well as maintenance fees are exactly same dollar prices converted into rupees. There are not many Gold & silver crown (RCI highest ratings) resorts in India even though they are part of RCI & II networks.
