I take 600mg calcium citrate, 1200mg fish oil, centrum for men multi-vite, Glucosomine with MSM in the morning
I take 300mg calcium citrate, 1200mg fish oil, Glucosomine with MSM at night.
100% of meat/milk/eggs i eat is organic.
60% of fruits and vegetables i eat is organic.
