Best Would be to give it to professionals as it isnt as simple as you think it could be . i have a few properties and tell you what, its hell sometimes when you have seepages, leakges,tenants complaints, society complaints, misuse of flats i can go on really...........well i have a few flats in pune ...

maid -- 1000 to 3000/month
driver-- 5 to 6k/ month
cook - to cook once a day full meal, may charge bet -- 800 to 1500/ month.

Much as i understand NRIs would like to go for schools offering ICSE , IGCSE or IB curricullums.

CBSE- is what they have all over india in central schools.

SSC - is a local curricullum--not to be taken lightly though.Very good.
