If you go by Cost to Company, in US that is fairly high even though your salary might be much less.

Quite surprised! In big cities, and I am sure particularly in Bangalore and NCR area, it is very much the opposite, they tend to express anti feelings towards the R2Ier (recognized by appearance/clothes/accent) any time they get a chance.
