We are renting from Rahul furnishings, they are located in Shivaji nagar. My friend had also used them.

Villa will be difficult to find at 20-30k range. We had found couple of villas in Palm Medows at about 31k, but we did not like them. there were rowhouses/town house for rent in Pruva parkridge for about 33-35k, in the same community you can rent a villa for about 40-45k.

I am also work in the semicondutcor area, I think while switching the jobs it is little bit diffuclut if there is no wider choice. Having said that, if I get an exciting opportunity in Pune, I will definately consider it. But for now I am moving to Banaglore.
