Do these opinions still hold true for 2010 models?

From all of the useful discussion in this thread (a BIG THANKS to everyone), I am looking to buy a 2010 Xylo. Please post any positive and especially negative experience with 2010 Xylo.

I have also compared these cars. I was quite keen on Scorpio earlier, wife is/has been pro-Toyota. But seems we are veering towards Xylo - seems to be a good value-for-money car. Here's my spreadsheet:

However, I have heard from people in India saying that Xylo does not have good resale value.

Does Maruti small cars come with automatic transmission?

I have researched but could not get any exact info.

Thanks in advance.

Don't know about Maruti but I-10(Hyundai) has an automatic transmission model but the mileage is low(8 to 10 km/L on local roads in Hyd).

Wagon R comes with AT. But the wait period is 4-6 months.
Very few suzuki dealers agree to deliver a car with AT.

The gear box of Wagon R - AT does not look sturdy.

I10 or I20 is better option in small car segment if you want auto transmission.
I drive Santro AT. The wait period was supposed to be 1.5 month. I did not get the car on time.
After making a scene the dealer gave a car that was ready. However it was not the car that I ordered.
